Important Information & Guidelines
Please note: This is not a Visa Application Form. It is a Visa Invitation Letter Request Form. Once we receive all the required details, we will prepare and send the Visa Invitation Letter to you via email.
All foreign nationals entering India must hold a valid passport along with an appropriate visa issued by an Indian Mission or Consulate abroad.
We strongly advise applicants to visit the website of the respective Indian Mission or Consulate for detailed and up-to-date information on visa requirements and the application process.

Application Procedure:
  • A separate form must be filled out for each applicant.
  • All information must be clearly typed in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  • Once your request is approved, the Visa Invitation Letter will be sent to you.
  • Please be aware that your embassy or consulate may charge a separate fee for processing the visa.
  • This form is for facilitation purposes only and does not guarantee the issuance of a visa.

Important Notes:
  • Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended date of arrival in India.
  • Ensure that all fields in the form are accurately and completely filled. Incomplete or incorrect information may delay processing.
